| Scope of application |
The Simple Pressure Vessels Directive (SPVD) (2014/29/EU) applies to the design, manufacture and conformity assessment of simple pressure vessels. The Directive entered into force on 20 April 2016. The Simple Pressure Vessels Directive aims to ensure the free movement of products within its scope while ensuring a high level of safety.
